No, we do not! The clock starts once we get to the starting location and the clock finishes once the last item is unloaded off the truck and placed in its final resting position!
Cimply Labor, LLC offers disassembly and reassembly for all the main pieces of furniture in your home. This includes Tables, Beds, Desks, or any piece of furniture that can be disassembled for easier moving. Cimply Labor, LLC will also mount and dismount TV’s at an additional cost provided a trained mounting technician is available.
Items being prepared for the truck are wrapped according to our standard operating procedures. Glass is stabilized with cardboard wrapped in a moving blanket and stretch wrapped to secure the glass in said protective measures. Furniture is wrapped in a moving blanket then stretch wrapped to secure the blanket. Cushions and mattresses are wrapped in stretch wrap to prevent dirt from getting to them. Some items require special care and are wrapped with custom measures.
If a damage occurs on your job a damage claim must be filled out and sent to the operations/logistics department who will contact, you and provide that form. Based upon the insurance you select with your salesperson the claim will be submitted to corporate for payment. After reviewing the inspection form you signed at the beginning of your job showing the damage is new damage a check will be issued by corporate for the amount you are covered for.
We charge hourly and by how many laborers are required to get the job done in a timely manner.
